Hello, everyone

My name is Gloria and I am originally from Klagenfurt on the beautiful Wörthersee. Gastronomy has accompanied me my whole life. My mom Gaby Huter managed our three family-run four-star hotels in Carinthia & Kühtai with a lot of dedication and passion for her job. From an early age she showed me what hospitality means. The large number of regular guests, some of whom we were able to welcome twice a year, stood for their authentic and cordial nature. Unfortunately, she has already left us, but she remains my absolute role model and the driving motivation, to realize myself in gastronomy. My father Charly Weber is also not a blank slate in the Innsbruck gastronomy scene. As a co-founder of Tomaselli - gelato naturale , which now has five locations, he is always at my side with helpful tips and tricks about food and everything that goes with it.
