We are Gloria & Konstantin: a couple with a shared passion for hearty and unusual breakfasts in a cozy atmosphere. Fresh products in combination with aromatic and sometimes unusual ingredients, as well as the curiosity  for homemade dishes, make our à la carte brunch a treat. 
Gloria, who lived in Vienna for five years, not only brunched her way through the capital, but all over the world. New smells and tastes keep her coming up with creative ideas to make something special out of an ordinary breakfast. Konstantin, a trained restaurant manager and natural talent at pampering guests, is not only the right lid for Gloria, but also for the Sapperlot cafe. With his charming manner, he attaches particular importance to superior service and your well-being.
